Bilton Land Ltd acquired the portfolio from SEGRO Plc, Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property.

• The disposal of residual land to third parties including adjacent home-owners
• The assembly of adjacent land interests, to create additional value
• The obtaining of planning consents for further residential development
• The negotiation of restrictive covenant releases and variations (in combination with SEGRO Plc)
